Every building is unique. When you join Circl, we create a fully branded community app for your office - complete with your logo, colours, and identity. From day one, the app feels like a seamless extension of your building, not a generic third-party tool.
Step 2
Planning Your Launch
Our team will meet with you to design the right approach for your building. We’ll map out a launch plan together, covering how best to introduce the app to your tenants, encourage adoption, and integrate Circl into the daily operations of the building.
Step 3
Building the Community
We’ll work with you to ensure each tenant company designates a Community Rep — a key contact who helps connect employees with the building-wide community. Circl then sets up a Community Rep Group inside the app, giving everyone a space to collaborate, share ideas, and coordinate activities.
Step 4
Events, Groups & Engagement
Our team actively supports the Community Rep Group by suggesting event ideas, group activities, and engagement initiatives. From wellness classes to networking breakfasts and social evenings, Circl helps make the office a place where people want to spend their time.

Ongoing Support
